This kettle bell seems to have much better balance that the cheap CAP brands that you kind find in most sporting good stores or Wal-Mart. The only downside was that mine delivered with the paint scuffed off of one side from it rubbing a hole through the box during delivery. It was double boxed with packing peanuts. But lets face it its essentially a 35 pound cannon ball and the paint is going to chip off anyway!!

When the package arrived, I was horrified to find a large hole in one of the bottom corners. The product was scratched and the paint was chipped.

Excellent for home workout. I use kettlebells at the gym and wanted to add one to my home arsenal. The kettlebell is actually pretty big and I'm only 4'11', but I can handle the bulk. The rubber coating is great for indoor use so you do not screw up your floors (just don't drop it unless you have a thick mat like I do). I love this thing!!!!
