We needed a lightweight monocular for day hikes just to have for safety. This one fits the bill. It is lightweight and comes with a nice holder that has a belt strap. A great addition to our packs!

For the money you can't beat it, and it does everything a monocular is meant to do. Its well designed and works just fine. I would easily recomend this to someone who needed one.

This is my second Simmons monocular. The first one lasted 15 years of regular use in my police car. In winter, I kept it in my jacket pocket. Police use can be hard on products, but this one lasted The only reason I replaced it is because I lost it. Great scope for the money. Fits in a small pocket and gives me a quick view of something.
