I got this flute about three months ago and was initially thrilled with it. The tone is nice and it's been easy to play. Unfortunately, some of the keys no longer close properly, and the local repair shop refused to touch it, saying that the metal would not hold up to the necessary heating and adjustment. Since it's already past the 30-day return period, I can't send it back to Overstock, so now I'm stuck with a broken flute that no one will fix.If you need a really inexpensive flute and are EXTREMELY careful with it, this may be a good buy. However, if you need a sturdy instrument that will hold up to years of play, you should consider spending a bit more and getting better quality.
