I just took this to the range today and was AMAZED at how clear the glass was and the good the zoom was. <y previous scopes were all in the $60 to $100 range and I couldn't see any hits past the 100 yd mark. I shot this today at 50 yds and could read the text on my target. I have no business shooting at 200-300 yds yet but I sat down there today just to see if I could see the gongs clearly. I could see the hits on the paper of the guy next to me, the gongs were crystal clear. I then focused out to 300yds and it was just as clear as looking at the 200 yd mark,
After 1 trip to range, I was so impressed by this scope and the price on here, that I ordered a second one. With the $** Mail in rebate this scope is well under $***and worth every penny. On a side note, anyone want to buy my old scopes, I don't see me using them anymore.
Hey lady that bought this for your husband, no where in the description does it say that this is a laser or what you call "lazer" it is made by a company that makes "lasers" and some damn good ones too. This is their rail mounted light which is also great for how compact it is. So maybe try reading up on firearms and firearm accessories before making a purchase.
Note: I own this, but purchased it elsewhere.
This is exactly like any other XPS2-0 sight, except the reticle is a biohazard symbol. EOTech sights are extremely rugged military-grade optics. They have wide field of view, zero parallax and good (but not awesome) battery life.
The center of the Zombie Stopper reticle is the same dot and 65-moa circle as the classic EOTech reticle. The wings on the biohzard symbol serve no purpose but to be fun. The wings do intrude on the sight picture somewhat, but not really enough to interfere with use. If you want a no-nonsense optic get a classic EOTech. If you want fun (and aren't burned out on zombies), this sight is both fun and practical.
Style-wise I don't mind the biohazard symbol on the hood of this sight, but I could have done without the cheesy horror-font text and skull on the size. Still, for a zombie-themed firearm accessory the style does show some restraint. At least L3 avoided the requisite puke-lime-green "I am a zom...
Aimpoint Micro sights set the standard for red dots. They're tough, lightweight, easy to operate and batteries last forever. The H1 does not support night vision, so get the T1 if that's something you need. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with this optic.
There's not much bad to say about Aimpoint Micro sights. They're extremely durable, lightweight, simple to operate and the batteries last forever. They're simply the standard that every other red dot sight aims to reach. The T1 sight is night vision compatible; the H1 is not. Yes, the sight is expensive, but it's an investment and can be easily moved around to any rifle or shotgun. Between O-Club and a 15%-off coupon, Overstock beat everyone else's price on this fine optic.
