This is a good sight, just be carefull how it's mounted. Mounted over the chamber on a 30-06 or larger will destroy the sight, it will simply disentagrate. Mount it as far from the chamber on high power rifles as you can. Use lock-tight on the mount screws then tighten the mount screws to 5-10lbs. Mine is mounted over the bolt handle on a Rem 700 it just clears the bolt and spent rounds, works fine there with no problems at all. I have a second on a 12 ga shotgun with no problems. A third works great on my 12 Inch telescope as a rough aim sight for the co-ax tracking scope. Good inexpesive sight.

Haven't had a chance yet to mount the sight on a rifle with stable mounting brackets. My test mount on top of an AK gas block rail did not prove to be very successful, but I suspect that was due to the instability of the rail. I was unable to hit the target at 50yds and 100yds using the sight. The rail, being part of the upper handguard/gas block, tends to jump around slightly, and this may have caused the problem since the sight was mounted on this rail.

after i notified overstock that they have listed the sightmark reflex with a laser and touchpad they took it down to correct it, i.e. thats not what I got, now the same errors are back up.I got an old model with no locking screw and there is no laser or touch pad with this model.

Great little holographic scope, very easy to install, works great, it was very easy to sight in as well, comes with the allen wrench for the adjusting of elevation and windage. sighting in was alot of fun, only thing i could say that could improve it is having maybe different colors of reticle, but for the money it is a great sight. I have it installed on my Ruger 10/22 with tapco stock and it is a mean looking machine thanks to this great attachment!

so far so good seems very durable easy to adjust, i mounted it on my mossberg for quicker target aquisition and it works really well i like having the adjustable red dot so u can change it for different targets or if u get bored of the same red dot, all in all a very good product for the price

Mounted on an AR. Allen wrench included does not fit screws on mount or sight. Holds zero after ~200 rounds. The down side is it is NOT bright enough to be used in full sunshine. It is OK on overcast days, inside, or at dusk and dawn. The rectile is dim even on the brightest setting.

it works great. i put it on my beretta neos. i had one problem with it after shooting 20 shots or so the circle with the dot. the right side of the circle was broke up and all over. then it went back to normal after i changed the reticle and shot a few times. and has not done it since. but is a great sight.
