This is a great tool to help you sight in without wasting expensive ammo. My son and I took it out into the back yard and put it in the bore and focused it on a tree at about 40 yards. We then adjusted our up/down & left/right sights accordingly. It saved alot of valuable shots. One thing I didn't like is you have to take the batteries in and out every time you use it. Would have liked an on/off switch. But in a way I guess it may be better that you don't leave them in, forget and have them age and leak. Would recommend to all.
Purchased this to site in a few of my .223 rifles which have new scopes. It only took a few minutes for each and bamm! I was spot on. An in the chamber bore site is the only way to go.

I purchased this laser light for my AR 15. It arrived promptly and on time. It was easy to work and use. Put the batteries in and screw the cap on. It lights up and insert it into the chamber. Align your scope and your good to go. It is accurate. Once your finished sighting in your scope, remove the laser light and remove the batteries, and put it into the case that is provided. It works as advertised.
