Overstock.com provided great customer service to get replacement product to us, but product is not very good.
- How accurate was the sizing? item is too small for 2 year old

Much Smaller Than It Looks In Picture
There must have been some serious camera tricks with the picture shown. The doorway/opening was nowhere near as big as the picture shows (more like a doghouse opening). I'm not saying the item wasn't nice and worth the money I paid just be very aware of the measurements and ignore the picture.

Not Toddler Friendly
This house was easy to assemble but it came down quicker than it went up! The frame is cheap plastic that bends and breaks very quickly and easily. I do not recommend this product for an active toddler.
