The sole of the shoes are not suitable for golf courses at all. They are not the typical soles you see in golf shoes from Nike, Footjoy etc. Water absorption is a problem.

The shoes are fine. I've bought Sandbaggers previously. However, when the package arrived the shoe box said size 7 W. I don't wear Wide but I tried them on anyhow and they are definitely NOT wide. The fit fine. Color is not as bright green as in the picture. More of a silvery moss but I still like them and the price is right. I've worn them and they're great.
