What I expected
Not super easy to assemble nor unnecessarily difficult. The only real issue I encountered was that the screw holes on the climbing wall didn't line up with the frame's pre-drilled holes on the bottom so we left 2 screws out but it still holds fine. I had one other person help me and it took about 3 hours to assemble. The kids love it!
