The product is very good at enlarging objects as long as you have a steady hand. The built in variable lights do a very goog job of illuminating the subject being viewed. Photographing is somewhat tricky since clicking the camera tends to move the unit very easly and can move the object out of focus or out of view if you are trying to hold the camera rather than sit it down on a solid surface. I have been unable to turn on the unit with the memory card in place. I have been first removing the card,second turning on the unit and then inserting the card in order to record an object. If I am doing something wrong, I would like someone to tell me what I should be doing. Over all I like the unit and will reccomend it to others.
