I LOVE this bike! It's commercial gym quality - very heavy duty. I needed a bike with a headrest as I have trouble with others because I strain my neck too much. The box weighs 208 lbs and my neighbor and his son took it down to the basement after I emptied all the parts from the box. The delivery refused to bring it inside the house - good thing it wasn't raining. It took me 3.5 hours to put together as I took my time to ensure I didn't make a mistake. Although I am a 55 year old female, I was able to put it together without assistance. But, a second set of hands would have been useful. As soon as I had it together, I took it for a ride and didn't want to get off. It has an adjustable seat as well as an adjustable back!! The bike at the gym isn't as good as this. I own a commercial quality treadmill also. But, I now have bad knees and a recumbent bike doesn't put the pressure on them like the treadmill does. For residential use, it has a lifetime warranty. For commercial use, the warranty is 10 years. I can tell I will never have to buy another bike. I'll have no problem keeping up with my exercise this coming winter - that's for sure!
