Basically our return policy is 30 days after you receive the product. You would need to return with original packaging in new and unused condition to get a full refund. If the product has a manufacturer's defect, we will arrange to have it sent back for free, however, if you just are not happy with the product, you will have to send it back at your cost. Please read further about our return policy under Shipping & Returns on the Product Page. The product does have a very low return rate.
