Arrived quickly and was pretty easy to assemble. Good work out. No directions for proper use but YouTube has examples. Small size so it fits in the room well.

I'm 58 yrs old. I was working out on alot of things, but do to my age, I was having problems with my knees. But then I ran across this rower and thought that I would try it. I got it and it was very easy to put together and I've been using it ever since I got it. When I started just a few months ago my weight was 217 and today I'm 194. This machine is doing what others couldn't do for me. I sit in front of my TV and just get after it.. There are different powers you can use, but for right now I'm doing just fine with the one I'm using. This rower works everything with no problems. I'm giving it 5 stars just because, its doing what other machines couldn't do for me. No stress on the machine and the work outs are at my pace. I like it very much. No BS. By the way, I'm a 100% Disable American Veteran. So I know how to work out, and this to me, is a very easy workout with great results. My doctor has ask me what have I been doing to get like this after many years of nothing. I tell him, I've been rowing a boat in my living room. He just laugh, until I show him a picture on my cell-phone. He isn't laughing anymore.

Only resistance is for upper body/back and arms. Adjustment screws for tension require frequent tightening during workout. There isn't any resistance for the legs, as the seat easily glides on a track, so it's not the all-round workout I hoped for. I assembled it according to directions but the foot pedals were backwards and had to be re-mounted. One of the screws was defective, but otherwise all parts were included.

This unit arrived very quickly. Tools for assembly were included with the unit. It went together easily, though there were no instructions for assembly. We had to download instructions from the manufacturer's website. It is hard to rate durability, as the machine has been in use for just a few days. One major plus: it is very quiet to operate.

I have allergies, so I wanted something I would like using at home when the pollin count is too high to go for walks. This rower was easy to assemble; no damaged parts. The only thing I think could be improved on this model is the foot rests; feet slip out of place when wearing sports shoes. When I just wear socks, my feet stay in place. I have bought from Overstock.com in the past. I have always been satisfied with all products purchased.

Wheels on seat defective, had to be reordered. Otherwise, it works well with the exception of poorly constructed foot plates and straps....feet come out. Needs more Velcro to hold feet in. Ease of storage and stow ability. Can still be used; however, we question durability.

This rower is a solidly built machine and it serves the primary purpose for which I bought it: as an aerobic machine for my son to use for warming up before lifting weights. I was disappointed that the rower does not have variable resistance. This was not clear in the product description, and I wish it would have been clearly stated. I probably would have bought it anyway. But the rower does not offer enough resistance to be a good aerobic workout for me, and I was hoping to use it for that as well.

The machine arrived on time. Very clear instructions for assembly. It took about an hour & a half to put together. I'm very pleased with the quality of the bike. Very stable. Plenty of resistance when you turn up the dial. The seat scrapes across the bar a bit when using the rower.

My husband had to put it together for me and it took him quite awhile, so consider that before purchasing. Although once together it is worth it. I used to love a rowing machine at the gym and this takes up so little room that it works great in our bedroom. I can use it anytime and as often as I want to and it isn't in the way. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I have used this bike/rower for over 2 weeks and can't find any bad things to say. I had no problem's purchasing the equipment from Overstock and the shipping was much quicker than I expected. All the tools needed to assemble it were included in the box. I wouldn't have a problem recommending this equipment to a friend.

This machine arrived in great condition and was extremely easy to set up. At first I thought there were some parts missing but discovered that some of the bolts were not in the parts bag but were already attached to the parts they belong with. Resistance comes from the piston and is easily adjustable. The computer is extremely basic, good for keeping count, but unfortunately I find that when I pull all the way back on the handle bars I sometimes accidentally push the reset button with my body and lose my progress. Don't know if this is an overweight person problem or a design flaw! I find I'm enjoying rowing more than I do elliptical, tread or stationary bike. Maybe it's because I'm engaging upper body. I can see myself progressing through the available resistance and graduating to a higher end rower down the line. In the mean time, this one is great for jumping on for 15 mins at a time throughout the day and stands up in a corner when not in use. The profile is too high to go under a bed. Still it takes up far less space than the other machines I mentioned earlier, and I can carry it to another room or out on the deck in good weather.

I wanted a rower to help get in shape. The rower arrived on time and was easy to put together in 30 min. I love the product and the work out. Only thing to remember when buying this rower is that the seat is 6 inches off the floor so if getting down to the floor is a problem, you may want to rethink this item.

If the company made better strapping for the feet, the rower would be perfect. The foot pedal only has a strap across the top of the foot so your heel moves. The rower still provides a good, quiet workout. Seat is good. You can adjust for resistance. I am a runner and this provides a good cross train.

This rower is a great price, and works well. It offers challenging resistance levels if you adjust the height of the bars on the side. Overall, a perfect machine for my home that provides a full body workout.
