Not what I expected
First of all, this order says a pack of FOUR Rope-loks and I only received a pack of ONE. Second, there is no way this item is suitable for strapping down anything to the roof of any moving vehicle. The rope itself doesn't look to be poor quality, but the locking part is a cheap piece of plastic that does an extremely poor job of holding the rope end securely. If you want to use this to hold a light item to your backpack it might be sufficient, though it would probably be better just to tie a simple square knot in a regular rope. Don't buy this unless you are looking for a flimsy tie-down that doesn't work very well.
