Poor quality
purchased more expensive pair ($48 for the 8x42) of Rokinon binocs for my husband a few months ago and we are fairly happy with that pair. We ordered 2 pairs of this 8x32 Rokinon for the kids(ages 8 and 9) but both pairs literally fell apart after only a few minutes of use. One pair immediately needed a screw tightened to hold each side in place, which i did, but it only lasted another minute before becoming loose again. The other pair took a little longer to come apart - as in 4 minutes. And this pair wiggles on BOTH sides so that each side not only moves from side to side, but also from front to back. They are worthless right out of the box. THe only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they fold down nicely for our 'Explorer Bags' which also has to carry a birding field guide. I am returning both pair and will spend $$ to get a better quality pair which the kids can use for a few years. probably some nikons.

Nice multicoated optics at a super steal. Use them for my sporting events and they're perfect. The solid weight and feel really prove that these are worthy contenders against my old Nikons. The 32mm lens worked well even when the sun has set and dusk was coming. My cousin also ordered a set and couldn't be happier.
