Faaaaaantastic
I was looking for a telescope in the $150-250 range and came across many different models. Many different ones came up from various diff companies. I was a bit hesitant when I saw this one here on Overstock. I looked up other items by Rokinon and other customers seemed to be satisfied with their purchases. So i went ahead and purchased this telescope with the attitude that if I didn't like it, I would just send it back.I have to say that I couldnt be happier. In the beg, I was little overwhelmed when I received it because of the assembly. But after about half hour or so, I was ready to go. The included software is also lots of fun and helpful. Great optics for the price. Honestly, I was very surprised that I had never heard of Rokinon before and am gonna start lookin out for there other items. Kudos to the makers of this fine piece. My son and I have been using it every friday night. I highly recommend this to beginners and avid users alike.

Great Telescope for Novices
Bought this telescope for my husband but not expecting too much because of the price. We are not telescope experts but we were surprised that we could actually see the moon's craters the other night. That alone made it worth it for us. Haven't used the informational CD yet but I think that is a nice bonus to the package.

Rokinon 500mm X 70mm
Bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. It's only been a week but so far so good. It was easy to assemble. We haven't had the most clear weather but he has used it a few times and is happy with what he is seeing. I think I made a good choice. This is our first telescope and I would recommend it for any beginner or beyond.

Wow
I purchased this as an unexpected Christmas gift for my husband. He was very suprised when he opened it on Xmas morning. We took it out a few nights later and wow what a surprise - we could see all the craters on the Moon and the 4 moon of Jupiter which were not visable to the naked eye - a big surprise was a big hit - we will enjoy! Very nice quality for the price!

Rokinon telescope
I bought this for my husband for father's day - he has been wanting a telescope and I thought the price was good - it seems like a good value - he really enjoys using it so that makes it worth it.
