I purchased these last year, in a smaller size, for our twins. We boought a black pair and a red pair. Our twins couldn't decide which pair they likes so they each have one of each color. Since they boots are adjustable it was an easy compromise. We have used them for one full season on skiing and will get a second year and hopefully a third year. They are well worth the price. Why hasn't any one else thought about making adjustable boots, adjustable ice skates have been around for a few years. When they outgrow these we will definately purchase the next size up. I didn't think I would ever purchase ski equipment for our children because of the cost, but these boots are cost effective.
