The product itself was fine - I was disappointed that customer reviews stated it came with a case, it did not.

I bought this item for my son who has a disability for Christmas. He loves musical instruments and absolutely loved this item. It's appearance is great. It makes some noise (he doesn't know how to play but loves to try). It came with a carrying case and tassel so it looks good on his shelf. For the price it's a great product.
