Does not constantly monitor

I was disappointed that you need to manually check heart rate by pushing down 2 buttons on watch to measure rate. Also does not measure heart rate as % of max, only actual heart beats.

Not bad. Fairly accurate when compared to manual reading. Looks good but slightly bulky. Price is on the high side.
