I bought the canopy to use for tailgating at arena2 football games. Haven't used it yet for that purpose, but did put it up and take it down in my backyard. It comes with instruction booklet and is realtively easy to follow. It took two people to put it up and it was done in about 10 minutes initially. I believe it can be put up in less time once you know what you are doing. Very easy to take down and store in the included storage bag on wheels, which is very handy for traveling. I would recomment this product if you are looking for something durable, easy to erect, and compact design. The bright red color is pretty too!

I purchased the EZ Up Canopy to us at an open market. It was a very hot and windy day; the canopy kept me well shaded and with the stakes that came with the canopy the wind was no problem. It stayed strong and unmoved..... it performed beautifully. I'm very happy with the purchase.

We had a bit of trouble putting it top and getting it up the first time. After that it goes up and down really easy. Love the rolling case/carrier for it. When you put it up, make sure to pull the leg parts out all the way unitl the click into place.

My husband and I sell bread at the Farmer's Market every summer, and it was time to invest in a tent. I researched the tents, and chose this one due to the design and the promotion that it does better in the wind. We have sustained winds of up to 35 mph. very often, and in the summer, we get strong winds in the afternoon with a typical rain shower. I didn't expect the tent to hold up on it's own through that strong of wind, and it didn't. My husband had to hold on to it the first market, and the 2nd market we had weights to hold it in place. I can't give a fair review on that, due to the strength of the winds. On another note, the red canopy draws attention at the market, and sun shade helps with the sun and keeping things very cool beneath the tent. Setting up is a breeze, and while I am not sure you could do it with one person, two get it up in about a minute or two once you know what you are doing. You simply grab hold on two sides, walk backwards, then lift the top frame up to lock. Next is locking the legs at the height you want, securing weights if you need them, and WA LA! We are not able to use the stakes provided to secure the tent, as rules do not allow us to put anything into the ground at the sight we are at. It is possible that if we had use of the stakes, we wouldn't need use of the weights. We're highly satisfied, and I would recommend this to a friend. It really helps to keep you cool and suffices for small sales or if you were having a cook out! It would also be a good thing for tailgate parties. : )

I use this canopy for my business and at home on hot days, it is so easy to put up...very well made. highly recommended. Really keeps the area much cooler. and the has a very sturdy carrying bag that makes it easy to store and transport.

We bought this for a beach vacation. Worked great!!! We also use this in our yard to provide shade during the heat of the day and taken it to picnics, etc. It is a very practical purchase. I do think it's easier to put up with 2 people but not impossible by yourself. It does take longer than they advertize. Maybe 5-6 minutes with 2 people. The carrier is nice too. It weighs about 30 lbs.

We received this product in record time after placing our order. We took the product out of the box and did a practice set-up at home. All of the parts were included, the directions were helpful, and we set it up in about 10 minutes (expect it to take less time next time). The canopy is a wonderful red color, and the roller bag fits like a glove and is super helpful. We can't wait to set it up "for reals" at the beach.

Got this for hubby last year as part of Father's Day gift and it has been put to use! From extremely windy days at the beach to camping trips to tailgating cookouts, it has weathered well and still looks new. Fairly easy to set up except in high wind, really takes 2-3 to get it open -- but it does hold its ground once up. Very pleased with this purchase.

This canopy is so easy to use. Once you get the frame opened and secured you are good to go. The cover goes on easy, a one man job if necessary! We left the frame up the entire week we were at the beach and just removed the canopy each night! I don't even think the frame will rust! It has 10-12 inch stakes that secure the four legs! It is perfect! I was very pleased. Just one drawback...it is heavy to carry, hence, leaving the frame up. We vacation on a very friendly, family oriented beach so there was no worry of theft! I highly recommend this product! And, of course, Overstock.com is always prompt in the delivery oftheir merchandise!

We bought this tent for a beach vacation in NC. It was easy to put up and take down with 2 people. It held up well and didn't blow down the beach as other tents did while we were there. I'd purchase another one. I'd like to find a bigger one next time.

I like the canopy, a bit much for one woman to handle on her own, need two people to set up. I used it for a craft fair, I think you can buy this product elsewhere for about the same price. Item shipped fast and was as expected.

We bought the EZ UP Dome II to drag to the beach for instant shade, after having bought a cheaper canopy which we returned. The cheaper canopy was too heavy, despite a roller bag, to be practical. The EZ UP was easy to pull, and easy to put up. It takes two people, but goes up in a minute or two. it is just as easy to take down and goes back into the rolling cover very easily too. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars was that it did get caught by the wind one time and we had to quickly catch it and refasten one of the legs into the sand. I imagine in a high wind situation It could collapse.

I ordered this EZ Up on July 28 and was shocked when it was delivered the 29th!! THAT'S service! I was even more impressed when I used it for the first time. It goes up very smoothly and hold up well in the wind which is important living in the Eastern Sierras where it is windy more often than not.. I love the new cotter pins pull outs for taking the sides up and down it is so much easier than the older EZ ups that you have to push the button in. The case is heavy duty and the wheels make transporting a breeze. I am very very happy with my purchase!

I did quite a bit of research before buying a canopy for our summer beach trip and we were very happy with our decision to go with the EZ Up! I was concerned about it withstanding the wind on the beach but this canopy had no problems! We put it up each morning and took it town each night for a week. It was fairly easy but required 2 people and took approximately 2-3 minutes. I noticed most people on the beach had First Up canopies.

This canopy worked well out of the box - a little stiff the first time. Everything was there and the bag is great. My first purchase from this site - definitely not the last.

The canopy is a nice red. It was easy for us to put it up. The rolling bag is a plus, because it is heavy. It also has a sun shade, I know that will come in handy. I will have to get weights for it.
