    Purchased for my daugher for Christmas 2015 from Overstock. It arrived in a box that almost fell apart by the time it reached my door. I was concerned that the item may have been damaged or that pieces were missing. Gladly, all the pieces were in tact and it was not damaged. My daughter loves the scooter and uses any chance she can get. It is recommeded for 12+, but my daughter is 10 and is able to use it just fine (I am sure it depends on the child). I goes about 15mph and there is a small storage compartment under the seat. Some assembly is required, but nothing too complicated. Be advised that the battery takes 12hours to charge prior to the first use (account for this if giving as a gift and want to use it right away). Overall, I would definately recommend buying it.
