We purchased this for our almost 3 year old for Christmas this past year. His Dad thought he could totally handle it but I was really nervous considering the manufacturer suggests age 8. Well I was way wrong!!! Our now 3 year old rides this thing like a champ and LOVES it. I would never recommend it for anyone over the age of 5. It would be too slow for them. Of course, our son is very mechanically inclined so keep your child and their potential in mind. It goes about 10 mph and lasts about an hour for us. Wish the charge lasted a little longer but overall completely satisfied. The quad is made very well and goes over bumps and hills really well! We took it in the snow and it did pretty well.... my son enjoyed "drifting" :) This is definitely a purchase we are happy with!!!

  • Hands Down the biggest piece of garbage!!!!!!!!

    We bought this for our son for Christmas. We bought it a month early just to make sure we didnt have any shipping issues. So, it sat in a box until the night before Christmas so it could charge.When we took it out for our son to ride, from the word go, it wouldnt move. I adjusted the break caliper like the instructions said to do. I was able to get it from no movement to being able to ride about 20-30 feet before the breaks locked up and just about threw my son off the 4 wheeler. I called Razor and was told to adjust the caliper. I told them everything I did to correct this and told to take to a service center 25 miles away. So we did and got it back and low and behold, it still does the same thing. I called Razor again today and was told to either take it back to the service center or I would have to fix it myself. They are mailing the parts for free but I still have to work on this myself. Im sorry, but, under no circumstances should I have to do anything to this 4 wheeler after spending $***+ dollars on it. I personally would return it and get my money back if I could....

    Great for g-kid, who just turned 5. We were afraid it would be too much machine, but we were so wrong. Easy to handle. Only short coming....we need more battery. Only lasts about 45 mins. Order the extra ones on ****** (yes there are 2) for about $** with the harness. Great toy to be enjoyed for many years. Well built, I think the 2 year old should be able to ride in a couple of years. It's fast & it's fun!

  • Awesome little quad!

    My almost 5 year old asked Santa for a quad for Christmas. This is the perfect little ride for kids who are not quite ready for a gas powered atv, but want the speed and feel of a real quad. She absolutely loves it! More powerful than a power wheels and it easily cruises over country terrain (gravel, fields, etc.). Highly recommend this product!
