great starter set
These clubs were great starter set. Steel shaft clubs - so probably better suited for boys than girls.

golf set
great value for the money. my 8 yr old son was thrilled. the bag was not black/yellow, though, it was blue (even better)!

too heavy
i bought this set for my 7 year old grandson and it's way too heavy and too long for him..It would probably be OK for a ten year old..I'm going to cut the clubs down about 5 inches and re-grip the clubs, then they should be fine for awhile...
