This was a great bike helmet. I am disappointed only in the L not fitting my sons head so my 1st son has it now. BUt it protects the full face from bike accidents that might hit the teeth and knock them out (Im talking from experience) I am still wanting a larger helmet for my younger son but this one will work for my eldest. It is also light enough for bike riders to wear. I think everyone should wear a helmet like this when riding a bike.
