I bought the TiS6 for my 50+ year old mom. She is active and petite and starting to learn tennis. The racquet is large and forgiving, and the long length helps her reach shots. The frame is very lightweight and easily maneuverable despite it's head heavy balance. The finish and graphics could look better, but not bad for the price. Also the handle is firm, and I put a Yonex Supergrap for more cushion. I tried this racquet and the feel at impact is lively-- the ball comes off hot with a springing sensation. Overall a great racquet for an older player or those seeking tons of power. An excellent value.

This is the 2nd Head Ti S6 tennis racket that I purchased for my daughter. The 1st one was purchased awhile back from stores and it cost more. Tthe one I ordered from overstock was cheaper and in good quality. The service provided by overstock was excellent. Would used overstock again for any future orders.

Good racket for beginners. Light weight with a head light balance. The biggest problem I noticed was the racket does not hold steady on ball impact. This is a major factor in control.

Much easier on the arm than my old racquet. Lots of punch without extreme effort. Tennis is even more fun now.

This is my 2nd Head racquet. I purchased the Ti S6 in February and this racquet in April. I like both the racquets but this racquet has significantly improved my game. I hit pretty hard and it has a nice sweet spot. I have not had the racquet restrung and am currently playing 2-3 times a week. Price wise with coupon great price compared to retail stores.

Great racquet. It is well built and very light. It generates a lot of power so if you are an advance player you will need to make a few changes. But it is great racket for beginners and intermediate players.

First, I'll say that I've played with a Head LiquidMetal 4, so that's what I'll compare this to. Bottom line: if you are strong and supply your own power to your strokes this is a good choice. If not, consider the oversized or Pro version of this racket. This is not my preferred racquet, but that's because it doesn't currently fit my playing style. The LM4 is better-suited to players in the 3.0-4.0 levels because it is heavier, has a larger face and will produce more power. This Head MG Radical Midplus is a great control racquet. With the more closed (18x20) string patter and the 98 sq in head size it will allow you to very precisely control ball placement. The problem for developing players (of which I am one) is that you need to supply the power to keep your shots deep and to give your serves and overheads "snap". Also, because it has a more open 16x19 string pattern, I find that the LM4 with nylon produces as much spin as the MG with the stock poly strings. Last night I went back to my LM4 and practiced kick serves. I found I could hit them harder because of the extra power in the racquet itself. This despite the fact that the LM4 is head-heavy and the MG head-light. The LM4 is also 1/4" longer, but I don't think that really makes much of a difference.

I bought this from Overstock to upgrade my racket from my Wilson ncode ntour. One could argue that the ncode is a better racket, and I did have amazing control with it. I just noticed after several years, I had started to lose a little pop in my shots even after restringing. So after several reviews, I decided to get the TiS6. With it being under 10oz, it is so light and yet powerful. It has really made a difference in my game both offensively and defensively. The sweet spot is so generous, that I can get a good bit of power on the shot even on a defensive swing. Everything you read about this racket talks about how much power it has; that is both a good and bad thing. The bad; only real drawback is sacrificing control for more power. The first few weeks, I kept hitting the ball long over and over. I never mastered it, until I had it restrung at 65lbs so there would be less trampoline effect. I gave up a little power, but gained alot of control. I started blasting balls by my friends, that I could never do with the ncode. The good; power and control once you've mastered it young jedi! The sweet spot is so generous, and I have learned how to do some killer spins and drop shots. I love this racket! I understand why its the top selling Head racket ever. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Product was described accurately. I still haven't been able to discover the "sweet spot" that this particular racquet was to have.

ball pops off this racket. This is my second Ti6. As I was playing more a coach recommended another more expensive racket. I gave ny Ti6 away as I had a new racket. I used it for a year and had to go back. Great racket!
