From the package to the product, everything about this item says cheap. It is essentially cheap plastic tubes with uncomfortable and extremely thin, foam grips. Doing pushups with my fists to the ground is more comfortable than using these things. I should've spent a few more bucks on something of far superior quality...

I cannot do pushups with my hands flat on floor because of wrist issues. This product has been PERFECT for me. Plenty strong, but light. Has helped me stick with my regimen without suffering wrist problems as in the past.
