Bench for regular people
I've seen some people comment that this bench only holds up to 400lbs. Who is benching more than 400lbs? And why would a normal person need a bench that can hold 700+ lbs in their home? This is not for a powerlifting gym, but for 95% of people works perfectly. Easy assembly, good solid construction, bench is cushioned but not overly, and it's light weight enough to pickup or roll around! Attractive colors too.

Great bench
I was looking for a simple bench and this purchase was exactly what I was hoping for. The bench is sturdy, easy to assemble, and aesthetically appealing. I plan on using the bench for a squat/press rack I currently own. If you are in search of a no frills, simple bench, this one should work for you.

Good bench
My husband and I, who represent a large range in height, both comfortably use this bench for dumbbell exercises. It has a metal frame but is light enough to move out of the way when you are not using it. We are worried about scratching the floor so we will need to buy some kind of protectors for the feet.

Very stable, lightweight
Good quality steel tubing, hradware and stiching on pad. Bench is light. Max weight is 400lbs. I am 155lb, so I can only safely bench 245lb on this bench. I'm not there yet but there is a limit. Pad held on by two bolts through frame, could use more, should be held on by two bolts through frame into pad plus four bolts on two different flat straps running across the tubing. In this price range though this is a fantastic bench. The height is similar to olympic benches and it is super stable which is just what I wanted.
