Unfortunately defective
My name is Jill and I am an Overstockaholic. I have purchased numerous items from this site and have never been dissapointed. Unfortunately, this time around (no fault of Overstock) there was a BIG defect in the mattress itself. Once blown up there was a major bubble on the right side midway down. Almost like the sealing process at the plant didn't work. The UP side to this whole story is that I did also purchase the 2 year replacement plan. I called customer service, and they couldn't have been nicer. I received my return label via email. It will be on it's way back to Overstock on Monday. Will I order from them again. ABSOLUTELY
- How accurate was the sizing? sizing was perfect
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. It seemed like it was going to be just what we needed for our weekend guest
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? NO there was a MAJOR defect on the right side of the mattress
