This actually runs fairly small. I'm a true size 12 and the length in the sleeves and fit at the waste did not suffice. I would say a large is a size 10, Medium 8, Small 4-6

This coat is so warm & nice looking. I received a lot of compliments on it. I wore it in Chicago winter & snow boarded out west in it. So warm!! Also, iPod holder & designed for my headphones. Loved it. One thing- after I wore it once one of the button cover around the neckline where the hood snaps came off. But for a retail value of $300 plus and my purchase of $$$ I totally didn't mind. Hence the 4 stars. Over all- very pleased!!
