They aren't overly baggy like some brands do. For their price they are phenomenal. They allow for great movement and keep my legs dry and warm. They fit over my Airwalk, Burton and Flow boots no problem.

I bought these in size L for my husband (who is tall and normally wears 34/36) and they fit perfectly. He has not worn them snowboarding yet so I only gave then a 4 out of 5 because I don't know how they will perform. However, we have had a lot of snow recently and so far he loves them for general outdoor use! Great pants for the price, they are NOT heavy insulated pants, but are good quality waterproof shells with lots of pockets.

My boyfriend wore them outside everyday during our week in Tahoe - kept him completely warm and dry! He said they were really easy to snowboard in. One small thing is even though you wear them around your waist to keep your butt dry when sitting in the snow, the inseam is kinda long, so it looks like you're sagging your pants a little - but I guess it's kinda the snowboarder look anyway.
