Product arrived timely. After assembly tension did not work properly. Contacted both Overstock and Sears and was told since it was sold without warranty, the only way to get service was to pay for it. I paid for a service call just to find out that parts on these units are expensive. A simple plastic tension arm could not be purchased because you had to buy the entire tension motor, not just the part. While ProForm is a good brand, buyer beware that it comes without warranty and is expensive to repair. I ended up selling the brand new unit for $10 to someone who wanted it for parts. Lesson learned the hard way.Read More
