I was really impressed by how fast the elliptical arrived. Be sure to check the box thoroughly before throwing it out. With a little help you should be able to put the elliptical together in less than 2 hours. I would suggest laying out all the parts before you start. Apply a lot of grease to the parts that require or else you will end up with a squeaking elliptical. Overall, I am happy that I made the purchase. I've used it everyday since I put it together.

Heard so many good things about OverStock.com.. So I decided to give it a go... My husband and I were looking to buy a Elliptical but not spending a fortune.. OverStock's Pricing was the Best Hands Down!! The Elliptical is Amazing! Has all the features as promised and has wonderful workout routines.. We use it a lot and hasn't failed us a bit.. smiles.. Although.. We did have a bit of trouble.. The first elliptical that we bought was sold out and they had listed that it wasn't. Also, I would like to inform anyone that needs assistance or information on your tracking info should call them directly.. I had 3 chat sessions and nothing got resolved until I spoke with a live agent.. Their Customer service was Amazing! Absolutely did what was needed to get it taking care of. They helped me chose a different one and We Absolutely love it! So Overall Overstock was Wonderful! Just some technical glitches that needed to be worked out.. Great Price, Great Machine. Great Experience!!

I really wanted to give this a higher score but a couple of things just wouldn't let me. It was well packed. I got it pretty quick, all the nuts and bolts were there. I was really thrilled, until it was time to assemble the arms and axles... there was no axle grease :( and I wasn't willing to wait 2 days for the rep to get permission to send out what should have been in the box. So a trip to *****. Assembly was pretty simple and should take 2 people about an hour. Seems sturdy, and I have already tried a couple of the workouts. I like the incline feature, it's pretty quiet (so far) and the stride is smooth. Much easier on my knees than a stationary bike or treadmill. Fan is nice, but could use a bit more power for those of us who perspire big time. One thing that has me unhappy is the mp3 port. Sound through one speaker only and the max volume is not very loud at all so I will be sticking to my earbuds, gotta have music. Otherwise looks like I have made a new friend.
