Awesome machine for the money! We biought this unit for my mother... it takes a while to put together and you need two people, but it is not too difficult. It is HEAVY and takes a chunk of space when opened (still, it folds up when done!). Good buy!

This product is great! I put it together with a friend in less than an hour. It has great timers and mileage meters, and a two speed fan which is really nice to help cool me off. Two cup holders for water/gatorade/etc. My favorite feature is the shock system. When I am running the whole treadmill bounces on the dual shocks which makes for a much softer landing. It also folds up to save a lot of space. I would recommend this for anyone, it has a top speed of 10 miles per hour.

This is a wonderful machine. Works very well, but a little noisy. The machine took us about 45min. to assemble. I rated the value, due to its competitors are comparable to the price. One thing that does not work well is the pulse reader. One moment it will register 54bpm and the next 180bpm not possible for the rate in which you are excercising. Every once in a while it gets it correct.
