First off, the machine arrived much faster than I had imagined it would. Then assembly was pretty easy when following the instructions. Son and I had it set up in about 3 hours. The machine itself is great to use. Slides freely, feels solidly built and doesnt rock or wobble. Cables are the perfect feature for getting into (or back into) shape. Look forward to a lot more use and would recommend it for beginner and intermediate levels of fitness.

the item was shipped and delivered within 2 wks. which was quicker than anticipated. Easy to assemble and very durable. Looks great! We were not expecting a lot because the price was too good to be true. It is a very nice bench. I would highly recommend this product.

Timely delivery with good quality product. Agree with other reviews that is better for workouts under 300 lbs on bar. Bar only weights appx 20 lbs as opposed to normal olympic bar. Must buy weights separately. Seems durable. only a little wobble in bench that has been stable over 1st 15 workouts. Anticipate several years of good workouts with this
