ProGear HCXL Actually, I would give it a three and this is why. One of the handles was broken when received. One of the components that had to fit into another would not fit and my husband had to "shave" the metal so it would fit. I would have returned it but to me, being a large item, it just wasn't worth it. Thankfully my husband made it work. This said, the treadmill itself is fine after my husband tweaked it.
