Can you run on a treadmill like this or is it just for walking?
It is light weight, no electrical wires to plan around, and it is small when folded. This treadmill is easy to use, and also when getting on and off. Battery operated monitor of distance, calories, and time is easy to see. I built a shelf across the bars to put computer and or book while using the treadmill. It only has incline positions. I had wanted an option for horizontal, but only has 2 levels of inclines.. Works easily and is quiet.

Good product but poor workmanship. No problems with the working of the product but if I could upload photos it even better. 1. Difficulty in fitting the computer frame to the handle bar, not straight forward, and you need lubricant. 2. Right allen bolt can't screw in the computer frame to the handle bar 3. Can't fold in the treadmill without forcing the right handle bar outward. 4. Can't use the locking knob because of big gap. 5. Can't use the locking knob to secure the main frame because of non alignment. 6. Product not fully secure or cover in form resulted in serious scratches mark in the paint work (right side) of the base tube. 7. Should separate hardware and tools if in plastic bag. Loose nuts and bolts in the package. 8. Prepare to use your own better tools. A S5 Allen Wrench and Socket Wrench. If you are looking for your first exercise machine, this is it but good luck getting a good one!
