We are very pleased with this elliptical. Both my hustand and I are in our 70's and find it not too difficult to use It did take some time to put together. It is well made and appears to be able to withstand a lot of "punishment." . All and all we would recommend this Proform SpaceSaver 500 Elliptical Trainer to anyone.
