I bought one of these for myself and was so impressed I got one for my mom. The price couldn't be beat. The belt is wide, the fan is a great feature and assembly was a snap. The display is very large and it has quick incline and speed buttons along the side that make changing the speed and incline super easy while walking or running. It is a great quality product and has a lifetime manufacturer warranty on the motor and frame.

I owned a ProForm treadmill for 9 years and decided to purchase a new version due to the great quality. It was easy to assemble and the larger screen with addtional options is nice. My old treadmill had better shock absorbance on the belt. This one is harder on my knees due to the resistance. I do like that it has several workout options but wish there were some at a lower intensity of speed.

Received the treadmill 18 days after ordering. No problems with freight delivery; everything arrived in excellent condition.Assembly was easy, but time consuming because I wanted to do it right. All in, assembly took about 2 hours start to finish. I wouldn't let this deter you if you are interested as the instructions were clear and there were no missing parts.Treadmill works wonderfully. Display looks really high-tech and the audio plug-in capability is cool. I tested it (works great), but won't really use this feature. Fan puts out a good breeze. The belt came well-oiled, as did all the parts, so no problems there. Everything runs fine and the feature for starting/stopping is a nice safety precaution.Only complaints - the treadmill is very wide, difficult to maneuver and there are a few display annoyances. I planned on storing it in our utility room, but it's too wide. I ordered it with the intention of moving it around, and the wheels aren't an issue, it's just very bulky/heavy which makes it hard to maneuver. Hello.....The treadmill 690 is a decent treadmill, now that it works. I purchased this as a xmas present for my wife (she wanted it-I didnt hint) on 12/17. It was shipped by freight and I received it just before xmas. I put it together, plugged it in and it didnt work. i talked with proform and overstock and they said finally after a few days (and lots of trouble shooting including disasembly) that it was a software error. i got new software and it still didnt work so they sent me a new control panel. after another 2 hours of attaching the new control panel, it worked. i will say that overstock was there the whole way but im displeased because it took a month to get this working. im not sure about buying large items like this via internet so i wouldnt recommend it but the unit meets expectations.

Love our treadmill! We are loving the convenience of having it at home, so cool not having to take time to get to the gym. We are working out more often.....

I have owned a Proform elipticle for 8 years and love it. This has proven to be just as good and so worth the money. Keep in mind the freight company will not bring the box in, so have help. Other than that, it took less than two hours to set up with my incredibly meticulous husband. Fan and speakers aren't top quality, but what do you want. The treadmill works just as well, or better than the gym. The cushioning is great, the safety features are great. I too wish the preset programs were a little less intense, but you can manually set your own, so that is fine. 2 months later and I still love this treadmill. Great deal.
