will not excercise without it!
The large easy to read numbers are great when you are running or cycling no need to stop and check. I love that I get to see my heart rate so I know when to push a little harder and when to ease the running. I love it

Not worth the money
1. Pulse feature didn't work. and even if it did, you have to use two hands to use it, try that while you run or are on any kind of exercise machine. 2. Calorie burner was poorly designed. You had to choose an exercise level (but nothing in the instructions gave you a clue as to what each level was. Even with that, I could never get it to work. 3. Stop watch and time display were adequate but that is not what I purchased it.

what a waste of money
this thing has wacky instructions and measures incredibly inaccurately. i walked 5 miles and it said 31 steps. then i tried the heart monitor and it wouldn't even work. what a waste of money.
