good monitor
When riding a bike I was curious how the calorie counter would compare to calorie estimates for different speeds. They were about the same. Watch was easy to set up, directions are good. Sometimes it is a little hard to get your heart rate when you are exercising hard. You need to have your fingers on the buttons just right to get a reading but it is easy to learn the proper position. Watch is comfortable to wear. I would recommend it!

Helps my husband a lo!
I originally bought this for my son, who is an athlete, instead my husband is using this to get into shape. I am thrilled that he uses this and it monitors him. I would say this is a good product.
