After waiting for 3 and 1/2 weeks of waiting I finally got my elliptical. I could not wait to put together and use it. Well after starting found out did not have back balance part. Came with two front end. Thought no big deal it fit there I'll make do. Then had two left handles. I had to call company to get right parts. After waiting for another 4 weeks I called ask where it was. They said it was deviled. NOPE never got it. They said they send a new one over night rush. two weeks later.....Nope never got it. The guy on phone did not check my address, they had it wrong. How could that be I got the elliptical. Then we fix that.. I finally got the right parts. BUT there was no cover on the handle. SO Im making do but not happy about that but elliptical works nice.Read More
