Beware -- Heart Rate compatibility misleading
This is an okay bike, not gym quality -- but worth the $500 IF it had the heart rate monitor capability advertised. It is true it is compatible with polar heart rate monitors, but they don't tell you you have to have a receiver too -- and they are the only ones who will sell it to you. So, if heart rate monitoring is important to your workout add another $150 - $200 to the price of this bike. There are other bikes on the market with heart rate monitoring and a better build. Also, Proform customer service is very poor, long wait times, both for email response and on hold with phone in service. They don't know the products, give incorrect information, then don't take accountability.

Enjoying the bike. Good sturdy quality. Only complaint is the computer system only recognizes speed when measuring calories burned. It does not account for the tension setting.
