I bought this item for $**and it is well worth the $**. However, they are not as realistic as the KidKraft items I purchased. I built both the microwave and washing machine in about an hour. However, if I hadn't just built multiple other childrens products it would have taken me longer because they really do not give you adequate instructions.
We have been trying to get my daughter to sleep on her own for a long time. She saw this bed when I was searching online and wanted it. All she did is talk about it until it came in the mail. I put the bed together when it came in that afternoon (very easy) and she slept alone for the first time that night and has been since. Compared to all the beds we looked at this one made her more excited and made her want to sleep on it. Love it. I would wait to get the bed and put it together before I buy and cut the plywood. That's what I did and I am glad because the size the internet gives you is a little off.
This was a perfect present for my Dr. Who loving fan.
I should have known better after reading other reviews about sets like this one---everyone complaint was the same VERY POOR QUALITY---this set is no different! Only the plastic shoes are made well!
My grandson has had hours of fun coloring & playing inside this playhouse....everyon ethat comes to see him gets to color a portion of it too! He loves it!
