Packaging arrived damaged, front wheel was bent, missing hardware. Overall it was a huge mistake to order this bike for my son.

The bike came with no apparent problems or adjustments needed. Easy to put together. However it did have a defective front tire but Overstock.com quickly ordered a replacement. Once the tire was replaced the bike was great. Rides good, not too heavy and handles well. This is a great bike for the occasional rider or someone who does a lot of commuting across a campus or on easy trails.

I bought this bike for my Daughter, its absolutely worth more than what I paid for. I am actually getting ready to buy two more, for my Wife and I.

This item was a gift and the price was right....When it arrived it appeared to be just what we wanted. The assembly took a little longer than anticipated and the peddle will not tighten up (very cheap)...we will have to take to a bike shop to see if it is fixable. So I guess you get what you pay for.....A little disappointed that the bike has not been used yet.

The bike is a good bike, but I wouldn't really recommend it for intensive mountain biking. It was easy to assemble and I had no problems with it so far. =

If you are a serious cycler (I'm not), then you won't like this bike. This is perfect for an occasional weekend rider like myself. It looks really nice, but it's not intended to be something for serious 100-mile riders. A quick note - you do have to assemble it (I took it to a bicycle shop and paid a guy to do it for me).
