I received this heart rate monitor for my birthday and I love it! It is so easy to use and gives you a lot of information about your work out, such as your range of heart rate, length of workout, calories burned and more! It also has some built in motivation-- I didnt wear it for as few days and when I took it out of my gym bag, scrolling across the screen were the words "get your body moving!" :) It really helps me kick up my workouts! I like this item so much, I am going to give my mom one for Christmas!

I like it a lot. I can personalize it with height, weight, age, gender. I can also see a summary of calories burned, how long I worked out and average heart rate. It let's me set my heart rate low and high and beeps to let me know when out of range. I hope it last for a long time.

Just joined a gym about a month ago & I use this monitor with the gym equipment, I love it because I don't have to hold onto the heart-rate monitors on the equipment & can do my own thing. It keeps a summary of all my workouts & my actual calories burned. It's great & a great price!

I purchased the heart rate monitor to see how many calories I burned during my Spinning class. I love this product! I can watch my heart rate and increase my intensity and burn more calories. I thought the strap you have to wear around your chest would be irritating, but I forget it's even there! Great product!

For the price this is fantastic...been using for my weekly workouts and combined with keeping calorie count able to loose an additional 6 lbs in less than two weeks. Just what i needed to understand how much i really burn in a workout

This is a good, reliable basic model. Easy to program and read. Also, love the Ice Blue color!!

Excellent item. I looked all over for one and when I found it at Overstock, I bought it!

First time ordering from Overstock and I was pleased with the process and delivery. The unit works very well only I thought I had ordered the Blue Ice style and I got a gray one instead. That wasn't important enough for me to return it.

The various options are great. The only part I have a problem with is the stop & start. Very hard to get it to work.

Great Product! I had an older Polar monitor that was BIG, had 4 buttons and was much harder to use..The F4 is small and, with only 2 buttons, easy to use. I like the calorie count feature and the summary at the end of a workout. I also like that you can get a summary for a whole weeks worth of exercise.

The watch is perfect for my needs. It lets me know exactly how much time I am in the zone and how many calories I have burned.

Excellent and reliable! It's nice to know that I'm working out in my target heart rate zone and I love to know how many calories I've burned!
