This product came to me & it was obviously returned by someone else. This as it was dirty & have had some small marks on it from someone assembling it prior to me!! Customer service was very apologetic & did give me a particial credit, as this item was out-of-stock, so getting a replacement was out of the question. I was forced to have it professionally cleaned!!! Disappointed, Yes...

It was a hit...my grandaughter turns 2 in February and just loves her new horsey. Sound buttons are a little off but not a big deal. Don't know about the longevity yet but so far so good. She loves it...therefore grandma loves it.

I gave this as b-day gift to my 1 yr old nephew! He loves it. The only gripe I have is the "push here" labels aren't lined up w/the actual buttons, so you have to search for them. It's so soft that he just rubs his face into the neck :) We're very happy w/it!

CAME WITH 2 SCREWS MISSING, THE PLACES WHERE YOU PRESS TO GET SOUND, WHERE NOT ANYWHERE NEAR WHERE THEY WERE MARKED.
