For those of us who love the over the campfire taste of food, this grill is everything you need...compact, easy, practical, and IT WORKS. The grill post assembles easily and the carrying bag makes it a breeze to take on a picnic, to the beach, campground or wherever you're able to build your own campfire to do your cooking. The really nice thing about the grill itself is the rim that is around the grill which helps prevent food falling off and being sacrificed to the campfire gods.
I love the product... it was exactly what I was looking for and quality is fantastic. Too bad it's not available in retail stores in Canada (Winnipeg). Paying half the price of the item for shipping is a hard pill to swallow.
I bought this grill with intent to use it specifically for camping. It's not bulky, at all, and transports easily in it's own carry bag. It's best used whereever you can drive the stake into the ground. So, this isn't something you can take to a park, for a picnic, unless it has a bonfire pit for the stake.I love the fact that you can rotate the grill off the fire, by easily swinging it. It was easy to assemble. Not too many pieces. It works great for what I needed it for!
