- Main compartment has a Class 3 waterproof rating: waterproof so tight it floats or can handle quick submersions
- Zipped front pocket has a Class 2 waterproof rating: waterproof in top-down watering applications only
- After rolling the top of the main compartment 2 or 3 times, simply buckle and cinch the side straps
- Adjustable dry-fit mesh belt can be removed completely if you want to attach this compact pack to your own belt or to strap to the side of your pack

Not a Waterproof Pack
I had a fanny-pack three years ago that had Velcro sides to keep the opening sealed before a folded and buckled the case. This one does not have any Velcro or zipper to keep the sides closed. The material for the case are durable, but it keeps the folded sides from staying airtight. When I open it, because the openings are not sealed, wetness can drip or seap in.
