Not Waterproof
Comes packaged with SilicaGel. When you open a package that says waterproof on the outside and has gel packaged with on the inside ther is immediate concern in my book. Submerged one foot for 5 min and some water made its way in its was spray due to pressure but that was only one foot under. Will use it to protect stuff but only above sealevel. I feel effectiveness reflects the price. Also touchscreen phones dont respond underwater if you had some ideas like I did.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? I checked closely.. and yes as far as I know
