  Good stepper. Foot pedals are large enough to have balance with out the need to hold on to something. Only negative for me is the resistance. It is kind of tough if you are out of shape and wanting to build up strength. I would assume that once you do build up strength and stamina one would have to work out longer to gain the most benefit. Still not a bad investment.

  This was a great buy. It does nto take up much space and works nicely. I have it for a few months and still have the setting on the easiest because the tension on the shocks seems very stiff. I notice a diffeerence in my calves and some in my thighs but am not really feeling the burn in the Booty like other customers had said but I still think it was a good deal. It is great for cardio, so if you are looking at that, buy it!

  Very hard to work, not what I expected. Does not have a resistance control, so you can't work up to the harder resistance ..its just hard.
